Participation in the implementation of Projects under the Programmes of: Intelligent Energy Europe (IEE), South East Europe (SEE), FP7, Regional Business Programme, Interreg and Leonardo Da Vinci.

Main activities and responsibilities: Energy Auditing in Buildings, Energy Saving Methods, Utilization of Renewable Energies, Promotion of Renewable Energies, Regional Energy Policy Planning, Biofuels Development and Dissemination.
